Website Disclaimer
An honest account of what you are looking at on this website — including which photographs are ours and which are not.
General information only
This website, empireevent.org, is published by Empire Events, an event planning and production studio at Someshwar Square, Opp. Someshwar Enclave, Near Aagam Bungalow, Vesu, Surat – 395007, Gujarat, India. Our registered particulars are [Registered entity name — to be inserted], GSTIN [GSTIN — to be inserted].
Everything published here — service descriptions, portfolio pages, journal articles, indicative budgets and planning guidance — is offered for general information. It is written to help you understand how we work and what a celebration with us might involve. It is not an offer, a quotation, a warranty, or a contract. A binding relationship with Empire Events begins only when we have agreed a scope in writing and you have confirmed a booking.
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and current, but we make no representation that every page is complete, error-free or up to date at the moment you read it. Rates change, vendors change, venues change their terms, and the wedding calendar changes with them. Where anything on this website conflicts with a signed proposal or event agreement, the signed document prevails.
This disclaimer should be read alongside our privacy policy and our terms, and it is published in the spirit of the disclosure obligations placed on service providers by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Information Technology Act, 2000 together with the rules made under it.
Photography and imagery
We would rather say this openly than let a beautiful picture mislead you.
Some of the photographs and videos on this website are representative stock imagery, licensed from third-party libraries, and are not necessarily photographs of events produced by Empire Events. They are used to communicate a design direction — a palette, a mood, a scale of staging, the feeling of a mandap at dusk — where our own photography of a comparable setup is not available, or where a client has asked us not to publish images of their function.
Discretion matters in this business. A great many of our weddings and private celebrations are never photographed for publication at all, because the family did not want them to be. That is their right, and we will not break it for the sake of a fuller gallery.
Where you want to see actual, verifiable work by Empire Events:
- Our portfolio pages, where the work shown is described as ours
- Our Google Business Profile, where clients post their own photographs alongside their reviews
- Our Instagram feed at @empireevent.in, which is updated from live events
- A studio meeting at Vesu, where we will happily walk you through real production files, floor plans and full event albums
No image on this website should be read as a guarantee that your event will look identical. Every celebration is designed to its own venue, budget, season and family. Decor is built to the space it stands in; flowers, fabric and lighting vary with availability and with the day.
All content on this website — original photographs, video, text, design and the Empire Events name and logo — is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Licensed stock imagery remains the property of its respective owners and is used under licence. If you believe any material here infringes your rights, write to us and we will review and, where warranted, remove it promptly.
Estimates and pricing
Any figure published on this website is indicative only. When we say that wedding planning engagements begin at ₹2,50,000, that is a starting point for planning and design — not a ceiling, not an all-inclusive package, and not a quotation for your event.
What a real budget depends on:
- Scope — the number of functions, guest count, and how much of the production we are asked to own
- Season and date — peak wedding dates and auspicious muhurats carry higher vendor and venue rates
- Venue — its own tariffs, food and beverage minimums, in-house vendor rules and access restrictions
- Location — a wedding in Surat, a destination event in Rajasthan and a celebration in Dubai or Bali carry very different logistics costs
- Design ambition — imported flowers, custom fabrication, celebrity artists and specialist lighting all move the number
- Taxes and statutory charges, which are applied as prescribed at the time of invoicing
A firm price comes only from a written proposal prepared for your event, and remains valid for the period stated in it. Third-party rates quoted within a proposal are held only for as long as the vendor holds them for us.
Reviews and testimonials
The reviews shown on this website are reproduced from our public Google Business Profile, where our rating stands at 4.6 across 53 reviews. We publish them because they are independently verifiable — anyone can open our listing and read the same reviews in full, including any critical ones, in the reviewer’s own words.
Two honest caveats. First, a review is the personal opinion of an individual client about their own event, not a statement of fact by Empire Events and not a promise about yours. Second, we may shorten a long review for display or correct obvious typing errors; we do not alter its meaning, and we do not write, commission, incentivise or fabricate reviews. Where an extract is shown, the full text remains available on the original platform.
Results genuinely vary. Two clients with the same budget, at the same venue, in the same month, can have quite different experiences depending on their brief, their guest list and how decisions are made along the way. Past outcomes are not a guarantee of future ones. If you spot a testimonial on this site that you believe is inaccurate or has been attributed to you in error, tell us and we will take it down while we check.
Third-party links and platforms
This website links out to platforms we do not own or control, including Google Maps and our Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp, and may link to venue, hotel or vendor websites.
Those links are provided for convenience. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, availability, advertising, products or practices of any external site. Once you follow a link away from empireevent.org, you are governed by that platform’s own terms and privacy policy — including whatever it does with your data — and not by ours. Embedded maps, videos and social feeds may set their own cookies and collect usage information directly.
Messages you send us through WhatsApp, Instagram or a third-party form travel over infrastructure operated by those companies. We look after what reaches us; we cannot control the platform in between. For anything confidential, email hello@empireevent.org or call us on +91 92650 08264.
No professional advice
We are event planners and producers. Nothing on this website is legal, financial, tax, insurance, medical, dietary, structural or regulatory advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Guidance we publish on matters such as event permissions, noise and loudspeaker timings, fire and crowd safety, music licensing, drone permissions, GST on event services, or visa and travel requirements for destination weddings reflects our practical experience — and rules of this kind differ between cities, states and countries and change frequently. Please verify anything of consequence with the relevant authority or with your own advisor before acting on it. Empire Events accepts no responsibility for decisions taken on the basis of general information published here.
Availability of this website
We work to keep empireevent.org available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting or network failures, or events beyond our reasonable control, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Our responsibility for the events we actually produce is a separate matter, and is governed by the scope, obligations and liability terms of the event agreement signed for that engagement — not by this page.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any right available to you as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
This disclaimer, and any dispute arising out of it or out of your use of this website, is governed by the laws of India. Subject to your statutory rights as a consumer, the courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.

We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days, as required under Indian law. We may update this disclaimer from time to time; the current version is always the one published here, with its revision date shown alongside.
This disclaimer is published for transparency, not to distance ourselves from our work — we would rather you knew exactly which photographs are ours and how our numbers are arrived at. If any part of it needs explaining, please contact our Grievance Officer and we will answer plainly.
